Windows 7 slow speed

Hello all,
Please solve my problem.I am using windows 7 and it is very slow my laptop.I have DELL Vostro laptop and having 2 GB RAM.Please solve this slow speed problem.

What slow speed?  Internet connection or what? Please provide more information. Such as recent changes or removed.

Also can you please provide full system specs and if win7 came with the laptop or you had it added after.
