motherboard with no vga port.

when i get a motherboard it has no vga port on it. Can i use a graphics card in the pci exressx16 slot in a motherborad without a vga port to install an os? Or if there is an eaiser way let me know

Not sure what your asking here.... No VGA port? So you have no way of viewing what is happening? Unless you use HDMI... I'm lost... you cannot interact with the computer without a visual display. So without a display 'No' you cannot install an OS as you cannot interact with the computer if you have no idea what it's asking.

if i have a motherboard with no stock/company vga output port. If i plug a graphics card into one of the pci slots in will it allow me to see the screen.

Not every motherboard has onboard VGA.

Correct. So the best way is to put a video card on your PCI slot. :) Majority of video cars have VGA port. Good luck!
