Starcraft 2 scvs shoots lazers....?

Hi guys i have a lil, well when i mean a lil i mean a massive bloody problem. For some reason or another starcraft 2 has started playing up, it has never done this before but just started recently for some odd reason..

i have a hp pavilion dv6-3206AX
AMD phenom II quad core mobile processor N970
500 GB hard drive
8 GB ram
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6550 switchable graphics with 1024MB DDR3 dedicated graphics memory

i am running windows 7 64 bit and play starcraft 2 on the ultra setting.

This only seems to happen with starcraft and no other games.

I'm still fairly sure that 95% of people would not get anything from the title unless they Googled it. I haven't and still no idea of the problem. But at least you know.

Ah yes i thought i might post up some screen shots for you people so it might shed some light on the understanding part.. thanks for your responses btw.

See here for a fix, specifically post #5. It seems to be a not so uncommon problem and is related to graphics card drivers.
