Getting runtime error 70 "permission denied" on installing visual studio 2008

Hi I am getting this error when installing visual studio 2008. The title of the error dialog box showing "Poor virus".
Any one help me regarding this.

Make sure you are a Admin on the machine.

Also you should check to see if you have any spyware on your machine.
