Can't play Homeworld

 ::) Hi all, haven't posted here before, so be nice...

we have just got broadband, and downloaded Homeworld. Problem is - when you go to open it, it comes up that it can't find the CD (of course, its an ISO file on the hard drive). How do I tell it where to look, if that's what I even need to do ;-)

Any help appreciated,
