    While playing a fullscreen game, the window will minimize on its own

    Hello everyone. I have been playing a PC game called league of legends for a while now, and have not had any problems until recently. When the game starts and I'm in full screen mode, it will automatically minimize every 5-10 minutes and take me back to my desktop. I've tried closing every other application running, ran a virus scan with malwarebytes and superantispyware, restarted my computer, but still, the problem has not resolved itself. Any idea what this might be and how to fix it? Thanks!

    I am running windows 7 64 bit, AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor 3.2ghz, 4 gigs of ram, Directx 11, ATI Radeon HD5700

    When was the last time you cleaned your machine? Is this a desktop machine? Try pulling the cover and look inside to see if the fan on the video card is working ok. It maybe over heating.

      i just cleaned it after reading your post; the fan seems to be working fine. i'm starting to wonder maybe it's a monitor problem? i guess if no solution arises i will reinstall windows and see if the problem perisists.
