I doubt Win7 is gonna run at all on a Celeron...

i dont think that the cpu causes this error.
       check this url

      http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/system-requirements

i searched google about the error. it is related to HDD
my HDD is 500GB sata II sumsung.
i explain how i get the error
      1. i boot windows 7 dvd and start installing windows 7 properly.
      2. it does copy installation filels without any problem then it does first rebooting easy
      3. nothing happend in second step ( installation windows).it reboots properly.
      4. it starts loading windows for doing next operation. after a few seconds, i get the error.

if i remember correctly someone in the chat had an eerily similar problem with an Amilo computer and a SATA hard drive...

You might want to try hooking up the sata drive up to another computer and run Testdisk (http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/testdisk) to check for bad sectors. If any physical damage has been caused prior to the failed installation please post here.

Where did you get your Windows 7 Ultimate? If it is not a factory-pressed DVD then it may have data errors (or worse).

Point to note: There is no upgrade path from any version of Windows XP to any version of Windows 7. That is, if you have a computer which already has Windows XP installed, you cannot install Windows 7 over it, keeping your programs and data. However the hardware seems to pass (just).
