    5 thick pixelated bars

    i m seeing 5 pixlated bars on my login screen, I sent it to geek squad but they didn't do anything. Please help

      they are gray and go away when i drag a window on top of them. Also, my computer used to overheat but geek squad fixed it

      Can you supply more information please. Like your computer specs and some images if you can of the screen.

      Sounds like a fault either in the graphics card or the driver.  Presumably you've already tried:

      - roll back of graphics driver
      - system restore to a point prior to when this happened
      - update of drivers to latest version

      If none of those works, it might be worth trying a different graphics card.
      Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
