Error Message

Ok everytime i download and try to install Real Player on my windows 2000 i get this error message and it wont install.

C:/docume~1/nn/Locals~1/temp/~Rnset14/gemsetup/hxxml.dll

I have also tried to download real player from other places thinking the d/l might be corrupt. Does anyone have any idears as to why im getting this error.

Empty the temporary files folder.

Its your pc ....but i would try another player.....NOT real player.virus ridden...../?
