Was on the desktop, Dell windows XP, when there was a flash of light, and the screen margins took on a wide curve on each side. There was an additional band about a half inch wide on the righthand margin much brighter than the rest. Also in the center screen, the text became very blurry. I rebooted to no avail. Came back on the same way.
