How to Convert .mab file to LDIF,.tab,.csv or .txt

I need to convert address book file from .mab format to LDIF,.tab,.csv or .txt format.

Can anyone help

There is a utility called Dawn which converts mab to LDIF

If you are familiar with Mozilla Thunderbird, perhaps you have am idea of how to intergrate saved emails, form the roaming file, to the the newly reinstalled thunderbird program

I did try Google but cannot remember the result.
