c++ runtime liberary

This past couple of days i have got a pop-up about, microsoft visual c++ runtime liberary stopped working for an unusual reason. Any ideas.

I have 2 problems at the same time if that helps.

It is a part of the MS Sync Center thing.
It is not a high security risk. BUT link above says the is a virus that goes by that name! Run a scan!

I ran all security checks and nothing was found.
