Can't uninstall or re-install the program

I'm installing the program Cyberlink Power Editor and was about to be finished when we lost our electricity now I can't use the program, I can't uninstall it the in the start menu and in the add/remove software. I can't also re-install it to try to fix. I've deleted the file folder from the program files and in the recycle bin, but I still can't install it... Desperately need help, I have a project that I was making in the program and have to finish it

Can you use system restore to go back to just before the problem occurred?

already done that... but it always says nothing changes

Are you using a DVD or CD to install the the software? Have you tried opening Windows Explorer/Optical drive(C:, D:, or E:) and right-click CD (to open files within disc) then Explore and look for a setup.exe or install.exe file other than the autorun function when disc is place on tray? If you happen to find setup or install.exe file, double click to install.

No such Cyberlink program exists. Did you perhaps mean Power Director or Power Producer? And where was it downloaded from?

Sounds like the trial version has expired and he wants to re-install it again...

Yup it was a trial version from torrent but I'm sure I still have a few weeks to use it and yup I'm re-installing it because I un-install every program that I've installed before shutting down the computer, got a problem before where my computer crashes because the program that I've installed. But like I said on the above, I'm sure I still have a few weeks because I've just installed it a few days before the electricity were cut while I was installing the program and I can't re-install it or even un-install the program... Can't anyone help me please? I've finished the project using other editor but I want to completely unistall this program because I can't use it anymore

If you downloaded the trial version, why didn't you download load it from somewhere more legitimate ??

How have you tried to un-install it ??

When you tell us what the program is you're using, then maybe we can help remove it. Problem is, you're naming a program that doesn't exist. Check the name.

I've already told you, sorry if I got mistaken on the last part it was a Director not Editor, but is it enough to mock or say those words? I'm not a computer expert, a program running was good enough for me and doesn't bother remembering the name because of the tons of project and thesis that I was making for months now

Yes, I've used it and deleted the file but I still can't re-install it to try if the program was gone
