I must have screwed up and deleted dll files when I was uninstalling my Brother printer. I finally tracked down a credible fix. I used a Windows XP disc and ran sfc/scannow. It says I'm missing dll files but, the disc doesn't match the one that I used to install the OS (I don't know where it is). Can I determine what files I need and add them w/o that disc?
