AGP or PCI - Express?

I wonder if an AGP 8X video card can be installed in a PCI - Express slot. In the minimum system requirements, which appears in the video card box Zogis Nvidia GeForce FX 5500 - 256 MB - 128-bit, indicates the need for a motherboard with AGP 8X / 4X or PCI - Express. Thank you.

I dont think such an old card would fit in a newer PCI - e slot.

This link indicates its only compatible with an AGP x8

Just about any modern video card out there is PCI-E.
However, Gigabyte has released a AGP version of the Radeon HD 4650:

Probably for those who want to squeeze every last drop out of their outdated PC.
