Help me remove this 'Scumware'...PLEASE

Hi guys. By the grace of God, I restarted my pc and the GUARD ONLINE virus is not popping up at the moment
(someone in another area here told me it was called scumware)


I googled how to remove it and did find a 'cure; but the instructions are so deep, I can not follow them. I have no clue what it's asking me to do.

Can anyone give me a better/easier step by step removal. I am not pc savy.

PS: I believe I have SUPERspyware FREE Edition + AVAST Free in my pc. Not sure why I even got the virus??
