K I have a Windows 7 home premium 64 bit OS laptop. Whenever I then it on it goes straight to startup repair then startup repair says it can't fix the problem nd to restart nd then it does then same thing over nd over again. The only way it will start correctly is if I boot it up by hitting "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement which allows drivers containing improper signatures to be loaded. Nd now all my files r slowing being deleted. Plz help
