    How to make a keyboard into multimedia keyboard?

    How can i make my arrow keys like a multimedia keyboard?
    I want left arrow to move song back, down arrow key pause/play and right arrow key next song?

    The above are global edits of the keyboard. In the case of Multi-Media, use of the application defined shortcuts is more piratical. Example:  WinAmp is a player that allows keyboard definition that works when WinAmp has focus. That way it does not mess up the keyboard for other programs.
