I decided to install a program called Pc Keeper. But everytime I try to install it a message pops up and says: The program can't start because MSVCR_CLR0400.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling to fix this problem. Reinstalling doesn't help at all. I checked up in the system, and did not get any answers. Help would be appreciated.
