SHORTCUT TO MY DESKTOP

WHEN I CLICK TO SHORTCUT A WEBPAGE TO MY DESKTOP I NOW GET TWO DIFFERENTS ICONES,ONE FOR THE PAGE AND ANOTHER ONE THAT SAYS "FOLDERS" WICH I DO NOT NEED. HOW CAN I FIX THAT SO I HAVE ONLY THE WEBPAGE ICON ON THE DESKTOP?

Not sure what you're trying to do. Would it not be easier just to bookmark the webpage.

also, capitols are classed as shouting.

What web browser are you using?   Exactly how are you trying to add a shortcut to the desktop?

Plus more info on what you want to do and your OS etc. would be very helpful...

that happens specially for websites. guess that will stay the icon you want until you reboot your computer. So I had to manually change the icon to the one i want.
