I have a windows vista dell pc and i can't watch online videos it goes to a blank screen visiting sites like youtube,facebook,pandora.
It just started doing this nomore than a day and a half ago. And also when i try to open google chrome it says something about a data locale being deleted and to reinstall it.
I've tried just about everything from updating my flash and Java to setting my computer to an earlier date through windows recovery. Nothing works
Please help i am not that savvy a comp guy and am stomped as to what to do next.
