Can't connect to internet

My wireless adapter is showing connected but I still can't connect to the Internet??

start -> run -> cmd
type:
cd desktop
[enter]
type:
ipconfig /all > thing.txt
[enter]
close window
find thing.txt on your desktop
open and copy and paste thing
