I turned on my PC this morning and had an error that stated that vmm32.vxd was needed to start windows...I use windows 98 and have a Compac 4840....I tried to start it in safe mode but said couldnt start without the vmm32.vxd...I tried to reinstall windows but couldnt figure out how...
