runtime error in ms word abnormal program terminti

I HAVE A MESSAGE WHEN I AM IN MS WORD THAT READS
MICROSOFT VISUAL ++RUNTIME LIBRARY
            RUNTIME ERROR
PROGRAM:C:\PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT OFFICE\OFFICE10\WINWORD.EXE
ABNORMAL PROGRAM TERMINTION.
I HAVE SERVICE PK 1 AND RUN XP CAN YOU HELP ???

    2 alternatives:

    Upadate sp2 and reinstall Office.

    By the way, writing in caps doesn't looks nice.
