Is there any harm if i stop disk defragmentation in the midway   and again start it later.

Hope the defragmentation which has been previously done , is not repeated the 2nd time.

Question No. 2:

if i have a drive of about 500 MB, Can i encrypt it through any process?

While entering a secured site, like a payment processor, i can see message like this:

nformation you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others.However there is a problem with this site's security
cerrtificate.

1] the security certificate is from a trusted certifying authority.

2] the security certificate is expired or not valid.

3] the security certificate includes the name of the page you are trying to view.

If any of the 3 condition is not showing good , is it good to continue??? (Here the second condition is not showing good)
