    Software for daily tasks?
    « on: November 17, 2011, 05:20:16 AM »
Right now I use a hard copy folder, but I'd prefer something on the computer.  I suppose I should explain what I'm looking for.  Basically, I am looking for something that has a list of daily tasks or activities that I can check off and write the amount of time spent, along with other short notes.  It's basically so I can look back and see what I did each day.  I know a journal would work for this, but a checklist kind of thing would make it much quicker and convenient.

Is there a program similar to what I described?

This could possibly a spreadsheet application.  Do you have Microsoft Excel?  If not, and you don't what to buy it, OpenOffice is freeware office suite which contains a spreadsheet module.

I believe Outlook also provides capabilities like those listed.
