Absolutely nothing!

I have a toshiba satellite that has a blank blue screen. Cont :'(rol/alt/delete does nothing. Powerbutton does nothing. Just blank blue screen. Please help if you can!

Got home last night from work, opened laptop, it was already on,
and but had a blank blue screen. Don't know what the last actions
were because of course, if you have kids then you already know
That nobody has messed with it. When I push the power button
The screen doesn't flicker or anything. Same thing when I try cont/alt/del.
Just a blank blue screen nothing else.

Press and hold the power button and see if that shuts it down (it may take a few seconds). If that doesn't do it, unplug the power cord and remove the battery. Then replace the battery, plug it back in to power (if you like) and reboot. What happens?

Held the power button down til it turned off. I it power back up fine but with message 'system has recovered from a serious error'. Reported to microsoft and got message 'server error 404file or directory not found'
