Any difference between DDR3 and DDR3 SDRAM?
if there is can you please tell me which is better?
and why?

    No, a DDR3 is a DDR3.  DDR3 does come in different speeds (1066, 1333, and 1600) so you may want to keep that in mind.  I would suggest the 1600, as that is most common and costs the same.  However, the speed difference isn't too significant.  You may want to check with your motherboard manual to make sure you know which types and speeds you can handle.
