    Installing IE 8

    After i install IE 8 and reboot I get a screen that says optimizing your settings. It just  freezes and I have to reboot in safe mode to uninstall IE 8 so I can use my computer. Tried several times but nu success. ???

      What operating system are you using

      have you tried to use Google Crome or Firefox

      Sounds more of a BIOS setting changed. Did you try load default settings?

        Don't know what you mean by trying load default load settings?  Like I said, it seems to have installed but upon reboot it freezes with the screen that says it is optimizing browser settings.

        It has nothing to do with the BIOS...
        Lately your guesses are a bit off target.
