Port Forward and Gaming Server problems

Hello!

I have had successful gaming servers, with people successfully joining them and playing in them, of course that means that I have my ports successfully forwarded and I have that also done, but few days ago, I had some sort of... virus attack... my PC restarted 2 times without a warning and the PC went horribly slow, but thanks to your virus removal guide, I have removed the viruses, but sadly my gaming servers don't work anymore, nobody can't join them, except me with my LAN address 192.168.0.*78 and the port checker also says, that the ports are not forwarded, which is very odd since the routers homepage shows that the ports ARE forwarded. So, what to do? Why don't the servers work? The ports are forwarded...

My router is D-Link DI-604 with Russian Firmware.
My PC is Windows 7 Ultimate, 8GB RAM, i5-2500k and ATI HD 5770.
Someone recommended me to repair my OS with my OS disk, but sadly I have lost the disk since I moved out of my old apartment

Any help?

I have it enabled but not static DHCP.

The D in DHCP stands for dynamic, which means your IP address will frequently change depending on how your ISP sets up their configuration settings.  Some IP addresses can be designated as static, but it's the exception rather than the common practice.

You mentioned you have Russian firmware in your router, so I'm guessing you are in Russia.  I'm in the US but generally most ISPs operate the same way world wide.

Well, any suggestions why anyone can't join my servers? I mean the ports are forwarded just like before and before, people could join the servers.

Today, I'll be buying a new Windows 7 CD, so I could try the repairing of my OS as some of you have recommended, but until then , are there any other cheaper suggestions?
