Need itunes library back onto computer

Not sure if this is the right spot for this post.  I'm trying to transfer my itunes library from my ipod touch back onto my pc laptop.  Ran across a site that offers free download of software to do just that.  Was wondering if it was safe.
Anyone ever hear of itransferstudo.com?  Any other better non expensive software?
    thanks

Oh! Thanks for the link. I hope your query has been answered. Meanwhile, have you heard guys this news http://www.appisaurus.com/1125-ersb-rates-apps/? I heard that ESRB has been rejected by Apple and Google. The Entertainment Software Rating Board promises to use its recognizable symbols to rate mobile apps for age-appropriate content. Video games already get the icons to rate their content. Microsoft and five mobile operators have already subscribed to the service. However, Google and Apple have both made the decision to opt out. Some says, this is a big stigma for ESRB. I hope you find it interested since Apple itunes is one of the concerned here. :)

This is not possible to do manualy unless your ipod touch has had the "jailbreak" crack applied, it has to do with the way the ipod touch comunicates with the pc/mac, so 3rd party transfer software will be the only way.
            Good source of info here

I would list all my equipment, but I fear I will be burgled.

It said "To begin, please boot your computer". I now have a broken toe !!!!!.
