BSOD - Error code 1000008e

Recently my pc has been hitting BSOD when i play You tube and have Second Life on at the same time, some days it'll work ok and can play both and then other days randomly i'll head into a BSOD when i try playing you tube.

This is the error code what comes up in Event Viewer:

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bd145db4, parameter3 b087753c, parameter4 00000000.

My PC is this:

Windows XP
Packard Bell BV MCP61DM2MA (Motherboard)
AMD Phenom X4 9500
Nvidia 8400GS 512mb Ram
3gb Ram
Realtek High Definition Audio


I'd appriciate any help you can give me as it's getting annoying!

Download BlueScreenView (in Zip file) then unzip(extract by right clicking) and run Bluescreenview.
Go to Edit -Select All, File and Saved Selected Item. Create a name for the report, just make sure it is a .txt extension file like Report.txt. Copy/Paste ALL the created report on your next post.

Check for any video card driver updates. Not necessarily the latest but the one that will work w/out the bug for your system. The manufacturing support site or the CD installer.
