This is on my HP Compag 6715b (in specs). Occasionally, when IE9 is already open and funtioning, and I open a new tab, the menu bar options will not work in the new tabs (file, edit, view, favorites, tools, help. ect.)
This is only with IE9. Firefox 8 tabs and menus work fine.
I can close the tab - then reopen a new tab - but no change. Im not sure yet about the specific details yet because it's an infrequent issue, but I'd like to figure it out soon.
I'll post more details if/when it happens again.
