No.  Try 2-part epoxy, i.e. Devcon or equivalent.

Agreed! I was going to recommend something like Loctite Plastic bonding epoxy. Just look in any hardware store/section or ask someone in-store on where to find it. I strongly recommend you also pick up q-tips for precision application purposes!

I agree 100%. Just get a tiny drop on the point and spread it out along the joining surface.
