outlook bad install?
« on: September 15, 2005, 10:42:13 AM »
On my pc running win 2000 I installed a multi user office professional copy, worked fine. When I went to register all the licenses were used. I then install another copy, this time a multi user with frontpage without removing the initial copy, was hoping just to add the new license number. Install went okay and registered fine but outlook would not function, everthing else fine. Removed both copies and reinstall the one with frontpage but now I get this error statement when I try to open"Unable to open default e-mail folders. Could not open item, try again". I did a search for .pst files but could not find any. Have run repair a few times but no change. Help! please
