    How to uninstall compiz in ubuntu 10.04

    Guys i've installed compiz on my ubuntu 10.04 ... Then i've uninstalled it from ubuntu software centre.. but even after uninstalling it i can see the effects.. how can i completely uninstall the compiz.......

    If you don't like compiz, why did you install it?
    If your intent was to just test it, you should had done the test after a b backup.
    Alternately, you could have started a new instance of Ubuntu as a 'Live' CD and tested it there.
    You should understand the utility you are testing modifies Gnome. You need to go back to Gnome classic.
