Windows live mail features, office home and student and windows 7

I would like to know where I can get a free printable instructions how to use the features in windows live mail
and office home and student 2010 for beginners,  and windows 7 home premium  how to use.
A good web site that i can learn this FREE, and print out how to use the features for 63 year old lady Beginner. I would very much appreciate the help and patience. Thanks
