 :'(i installed my webcam incorrectly as a diff image device and now my pc won't reboot..as soon as it says there is new hardware in shuts down...iam so retarded...

unplug webcam.........load the drivers first then wack in back in....or remove all references to it in the device manager and re-boot pc........and try again......

    You may have to start in safe mode to follow Merlin's advice.
