Can anyone suggest that, whether I can ugrade my desktop Please?

It is currently with the following SPECS;

Micrsoft Windows XP Home SP3

AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3800+, 120GB HDD, 2.4GB RAM, NVIDIA 6150 LE
