cant watch hd videos

my computer cant reproduce HD vids it freezes constantly at 720p but it cant even with 1080p i use cable conection and the CPU usage
is on top with 450p with 360p is 80% the CPU usage

You should provide more information. Some older computers will not do HD very well. Can you watch any videos on YouTube?
