i need to get windows back from ubunto and also get adobe player

Do you have Windows installation disks available?

To re-install windows, im sure you will need the system re-install disk like this one

(not this exact one, but one like it, different colors are ok)
If you do not have it, then you will have to find a copy of windows.

and flash does work under ubuntu with a little bit of tinkering.
