    Download BlueScreenView:
    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

What do you mean it doesn't start by itself?

Does it always say "eamonm.sys" when it happens or does it sometimes say other things?

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about or what you're asking.

Because for whatever reason the blue screen program is not working. so I thought deducing the problem by finding out if it was a problem with a particular piece of hardware or something like bad RAM (which would cause random different BSODs).

After some research, I have found that it is related to your antivirus software (ESET Smart Security (or something else by ESET)). Are you running multiple antivirus programs or just one? If so, you should uninstall this ESET one because that file is related to it. If not, then you should either update your ESET antivirus or go with a different solution.

This is the main reason I don't even use any antivirus software. I am not saying you should because you probably don't know how to use ProcessXP.

Well it must have not been uninstalled properly because the only reason that file "eamonm" is on your system is because it is part of that program.

Be completely sure its not on the system. Check task manager, services, program files, msconfig. Before you do anything, make sure you back up your registry and you know how to restore it incase it goes wrong.

Open regedit and navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services. With services highlighted and expanded, goto Edit -> Find -> type eamonm.sys and press find. It should highlight and open a folder within services that contains the driver info. Delete that folder and reboot. Problem should be solved.

Sorry - when I asked the question I thought you were the OP and were saying the BSV would not start and were asking if it should always say eamonm.sys  :P
