auto sending an email

hi guys is it possible that when i open a webpage it automatically sends an email to a selected address with a pre set message? i know its possible when a form is used and it can send the infomation that way after you press the submit button but is it possible to do the same without the form o and just automaticaly send it?

It is possible.  This would need to be done server-side with PHP, ASP, Ruby or something like that.
