    I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

    You are right. Crossfile is a computer game.

    Yes. it's also a method by which ATI graphics cards can be used in multiples. Though without more information anything will just be a guess.

    -what happens when the AV is not disabled?
    -is the AV updated?
    -has this always happened? If not, what changed?


    ATI Crossfire will often trip a false positive with some AV software when enabled. Truly though I don't see how a debate over where the post should be is very helpful, one way or another; it can always be moved.
