Viewing Control Panel

Hello there:

I wonder if someone could help me. I am trying to access Control Panel on my computer, but the computer won't allow me. It doesn't give any error messages, but nothing hapens when I click Control Panel. Please, if someone could help me with this, I would be most grateful.

1) What OS are you using (so I can move this to a more appropriate forum)?

2) Go to START - RUN and type: Control (press ENTER). What happens?

I have managed to solve this problem, thank you. I ran an anti-virus software. It seemed to do the trick.
