Some help 0x0000007f Win7 64bit

Hello. I've been constantly having this BSOD for 3 months. Never had such persistent problem before so i'm looking for some input.
I started having problems when i attached a WD passport hdd to my pc - it would constantly crash, i couldn't overclock my cpu and i couldn't put more than 4gb of ram. Then i found out there's an option i had to disable in bios for it to work right and the problems seemingly stopped. I could overclock my cpu and put more ram but shorty after problems started occuring again, i rolled back everything i did even reinstalled my windows but 7f still happens. I'm currently removed the hdd and waiting to see if it happens again. The problem is i have no idea what could be causing it if the hdd is not the problem, and if it is i have no option of not using it - i have a lot of files on it.

You have RAM issues...on top of OC'ing making things harder to diagnose...
DLoad and run MemTest from a bootable CD...let it run minimum 1 hour...
Any errors at all you have a bad/mismatched stick of RAM.

I'd also suggest undoing any clocking until we find out what the issue is.

I've undone any clocks. I currently run with one 2x2gb kit (Gskill). I've changed it with the other 2x2gb kit (A-data) to see if 7f happens. It still does. I even though of changing the motherboard.

I'll run memtest now.
