    My computer is stay working after trying to Turn Off

    Please provide more information.

    1) EXACTLY what is happening (every detail). How are you trying to turn it off? What happens when you do? EVERYTHING.

    2) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?
