    Well, i'm really sad to introduce myself with a problem.
    I actually saw this topic in forum and tried to solve but i couldnt success.
    The thing is, my windows 7 looks like in safe mode or 98, and when i click to lan or wireless list i see nothing
    i cant use restore it shows error
    windows installer is corrupted, i cant use it

    Please help me...

    You have a new computer? What model? Did it come with Windows 7 already installed? Is it the Windows 7 Home 64 bit?
    Is it a Laptop? Do you have the user manual at hand?

    Had the network been working last week? When? Did you  install a new program? Did you download some material?

    Do others also use this computer?
