Invalid picture error

I have a computer at work that controls the a/c and heating. When I double click the icon on the desktop to open up the program I get an error "RunAsp invalid picture" I googled it but all I find is coding errors. Has anybody seen this error message before?

What OS? Is it 64 bit?
What computer? Model?
What kind of network?

You apparently using a third party control program, - Right?

What is RunAsp? Is it a program?

This error can occur when an old Visual Basic compiled program uses a system file to to load an icon and fails. It can be caused by Windows Updates. You should contact the software vendor to see if they are still maintaining it, in fact if your employer has an IT person or department, that is really their job.
