    i got a laptop which runs hot i know that my laptop can reproduce hd vids but it freezes when watching videos it runs at 50C, is it the temperature which makes the
    laptop freeze? processor model Mobile AMD Athlon 64 Processor 2800+

      Is this the same computer you were dealing with for this problem in March "yeah apple is over rated but my 4year old laptop over heats of poor design and it smells like melting plastic "? If so what have you done to correct it since that post?truenorth

        check the laptop all ineed is why does the cpu get hot when not in use
